Let's get BUSY with Sizzix!

I can't tell you how excited and inspired I am by Sizzix!  Being on their team is such a joy, I just want someone to pinch me!  I am so excited to share with you all my inspiration and tips.  To share this journey with you, I've started a Sunday's with Sizzix Workshop and online demo.  Each month, I'm going to focus on a few dies and show you how versatile and great each die can be.

Today I'm going to share with you the fantastic Lori Whitlock Box die by Sizzix.  This is the cutest die and has all the elements to make a super fun treat box!

When I look at a die, I like to see the possibilities of what you can do with it.  This die is perfect for anyone in your life.  You can make it super cute, vintage, plain, whichever suits your fancy or the person your giving it too!

This die will be featured in this workshop August 5.  We will make two different versions of this box, one using the darling Tim Holtz vintage style, and another using the Doodlebug super cute style.  You can easily see all kinds of styles work with this die.

I make a Brazilian treat called "Brigadeiros" from Brazil.  I love to make them, and of course eat and share them.  I needed a easy treat box where I can fit a few into it, to give away.  The Lori Whitlock Box Die set is the perfect match for my goodies.  It can fit 4 of my little treats in it.  If your not a baker, you can add 4 See's candies treats or any other bon bons into the box.  Use your favorite paper line, and whalla you have a darling gift box for anyone on your list.  The die set comes with a tag and the word "Thanks" to add to the package.

I can see myself pulling out this die each time I need a little box for any gifts.  It will fit a pair of earrings, a necklace, any little item you'd like to give a loved one will fit perfectly inside.

I hope you'll join me on August 5, as this is just one of the dies we will be working with on Sunday's with Sizzix!
To come join us here in Walnut Creek, you can sign up on my website HERE.  If you are not local, I'm going to be doing a Facebook Live the evening of August 5th, to show you our makes in person and offer the package where you can order the dies and the kits to make the same samples we made in the workshop!
