Being on the Basically Bare design team has been one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. During my early days at Scrapbooking, I tried out and was on many kit club design teams and manufacturer design teams. I over booked myself and got burned out at having so many different deadlines, etc. I recently decided to try out for a few design teams to change things up a bit and I am so glad I did! Things have sure changed in the 6 or so years its been since I did it. There are product swaps, tons of sponsorships from other companies and you have so much to work with! Basically Bare is one of those companies that is so easy to use their products no matter what your style is. Since its bare chipboard, corrugated cardboard, canvas and felt, you can do almost anything to them and everyones items look so different!
My latest project for them is this darling layout using the Nikki Sivils paper line "Noah". Its perfect for a picture of Tony. I loved this paper! Its "b" sides are as cute as the "a" sides, and they all work so well together. Also, Nikki is one of the sweetest ladies in the business and I love her so much! Enjoy this darling layout I did and visit the Basically Bare Blog to see what all the other designers from BB did with her paper lines!
